ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A man is in life-threatening condition after he was hit by at least two cars Monday night while he was walking.
The man was hit on Lake Avenue, not far from Edgerton Park. Rochester police said the man, in his 50s, was crossing Lake Avenue when he was hit by two cars traveling northbound on the same road.
Traffic in that direction was on a green light. Police said the first car that hit the man did not stop. The second car did. Police are still looking for the driver who left the scene and are asking anyone with information to call 911.
